 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are dispatched once payment is successfully verified.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped along with tracking details (if available).

 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping:
    ₹49 flat rate on all orders below ₹799.

  • Free Shipping:
    Enjoy free standard delivery on orders above ₹799.

  • Express Shipping:
    Available at an additional charge during checkout (if opted).


 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all pin codes across India.
If shipping to a remote area, delivery may take longer.


 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number & tracking link (if provided by courier)

You can track your order through the courier’s site or by logging into your account on Mihaana.


 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices shown on Mihaana are inclusive of applicable taxes within India.
For international shipping (if available in future), customs duties or local taxes may be charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


 Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Our delivery partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts for unsuccessful deliveries.

  • Ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • Mihaana is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order details & photos of the issue.

  3. Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
